How SoleOpus works
Four steps from “text me to book” to a booking link that takes deposits.
Step 1
Create your page
Sign up, pick your link (soleopus.com/yourbusiness), add a logo, banner and accent color.
Step 2
Add your services
Add services with prices, optional add-ons, and tiers if one job has different price levels (e.g. Basic, Standard, Premium). Set your hours, buffers and blocked time. Mark a service quote-only if it needs a custom price.
Step 3
Share your link
Put it in your bio, on your vehicle, or send it instead of your phone number. Customers book in the browser — no app.
Step 4
Get bookings and deposits
Customers pick a time and pay a deposit or in full to your own Stripe account. The customer and the owner both get a confirmation email automatically, and the customer gets a reminder before the appointment.
If a job needs a custom price
Turn on quotes. The customer sends details and up to five photos, you review it and set the price and deposit, and SoleOpus emails them a payment link. Paying confirms the booking. You can set each service to instant booking, quote-first, or both.
Automatic emails, handled for you
When a booking is made, the customer gets a confirmation email and so does the business owner. Before the appointment, the customer gets an automatic reminder. You choose whether each email is on or off, how far ahead the reminder goes (12, 24, 48 or 72 hours), and whether to include your phone, your email, or both. Quote requests, sent quotes, and declined quotes send their own emails too — so nothing falls through the cracks while you're working.
